This is not some fairytale or Fugazi, take a look around at the people who are winning consistently: they often have a few things in common but the one that stands out most is an undying and often delusional belief in themselves, their abilities and that things will work out in their favour.

This doesn't just happen overnight

This Delusional optimism is cultivated & practiced
-
It HAS to be backed up by ACTION
-
Once momentum has been built it needs to be maintained
Be delusional about your potential.
This is a shift in mindset and a shift in the way you live your life.

If you want to change your life, you have to go all in, there is no "luke warm"
You either believe in yourself entirely or not at all.
STOP asking why me?
START asking why not me?
When i made this shift my entire life changed, not instantly but consistently.
Before i was delusionally optimistic:
Once i changed my mindset to Delusional optimism:

Landed opportunities consistently

Increased Resilience and Perseverance
-
Self esteem grew exponentially
-
Higher Motivation and Goal-Striving
-
Improved Mental and Physical Well-being
-
Started succeeding and kept succeeding
THIS SHIFT CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER.
I used to consistently run into brick walls, but for the last 4 years all ive experienced is open doors.

This doesn't mean you wont fail
-
This doesn't mean you wont struggle
-
This doesn't mean everything will go your way
-
This doesn't mean you are invincible
What it does mean:

You look for the good in everything instead of the bad
-
Believe in yourself and your ability
-
Mitigate the negative and amplify the positive

This doesn't happen overnight.
The fruits do not show instantly.
For me, i had to practise delusional optimism consistently because my default was having a pessimistic outlook on life.
This does not pertain to one aspect or situation in your life, it is all encompassing.
Start asking yourself these questions:
Instead of what could go wrong.
Instead of what can i lose?
Instead of why me or why is this happening to me?
- What is the best possible outcome
Instead of what is the worst possible outcome
In practise it seems simple, but the execution is a lot more difficult.
If it was easy, everyone would do it.
Approaching life with a positive lens puts you leagues and bounds ahead of the competition.
Delusional optimism in itself is not enough, you have to back this mindset up with hard work and consistency.
I promise if you do, your life will change in the best way possible.
YOU are a magnet for everything you desire.
YOU are the captain of your destiny.
YOU are capable of anything.
YOU are great.
It all comes down to you.
